BIRD WATCHING WITH ERNESTO AND PEDRO

I get on really well with the two Biology teachers we have in the centre. Pedro and Ernesto are great professionals and even better people, so when Ernesto sent a massive e-mail asking for volunteers to go with them to the bird watchIng trip I did not doubt even for a second and I offered my help straight forward. We went to Abarán and there, we visited a bird ringing centre where the biologist clasified the birds according to several features such as the gender, the species or the age. Our students enjoyed loads and so did we. It was a very interesting visit and the explanations were quite rich and engaging. The ecologists who worked there were extemely qualified and used to working with teenagers and they felt really comfortable while explaining us all the things we were shown.
